This is not Lithia anymore! Let me start off with telling all of you would be car buyers that this was the first car I bought for Peterson's since the takeover of the old Lithia Store. To say that the sales man and sales managers tried hard at all to earn my business would be an understatement. They gave me a fair amount for my trade in and found a way to make the car payment fit my budget and keep a little reserve in the bank. I traded in a car that I had bought from Bronco Motors that spun a rod barring after 3 months of ownership. I had another dealer fix it but did not trust the car. I knew wanted to trade it in and this time I wanted to go new. The salesman and I went for a test drive in the 2011 Cruze. Bill my salesman knew this car inside and out. The only thing I would tell him would be to cut out some of the chat. I was not all that happy with the Automatic so after we test drove that he asked me if I wanted to take a ECO the 42 MPG 1.4 turbo 6 speed stick home and show it to the wife, I was impressed. She loved it as much as I did. We got a great deal on our trade, a great price on the new Cruze. The dealer I was comparing it to was Bronco Motors and the car was the 2011 Hyundai Elantra. The time to process everything was a typical all day experience. I'm very happy with my new Cruze and it was a good experience

Jim "Overall good buying experience" ; We went to Peterson Chevrolet to look at a 2009 Chevy Tahoe that we saw advertised on their website. We were greeted by Joey Parke. He was very friendly and showed us the Tahoe. Then he showed us the other vehicles in stock. We decided to take the Tahoe for a test drive and liked it. We had a trade-in and asked how much they would give us. They went over the numbers and made an offer. It was a little lower than what another dealership would give us but the finance guy said that they could not give us more because they had already had the Tahoe marked down too much. That part was a little frustrating but as far as the overall experience, and working with Joey, we had a good time. Joey got us a second key at his cost because there was only one. He has also promised to get us a remote keyless entry fob and a owners manual. Joey was VERY helpful and we trust that he will follow-up!

He let me call the shots and buy when I was ready. If I was unhappy about anything, I felt 100% comfortable in letting him know, and he made everything happen the way I wanted it. Tag Team for Great Customer Service! Our family grew out of our car and we needed a car that seated 7 or 8 very comfortably with great safety ratings. I personally had a long list and everyone at Peterson Motors searched high and low to find my family the perfect car and everything I was looking for. The wonderful thing was they did not try and push anything on me that I did not want. The next day after the sale they met with me to go over every single detail of my new car with all it's bells and whistles and they continue to offer support whenever I need it. Everyone employed here that I was in touch with was top notch. The very next day some friends of my parents after hearing my experience went and bought another car just like mine from Peterson and were equally as pleased.

He gave it a try after shopping all of Utah as well as Dave Smith. Peterson's was right there with the best of them. They took AMAZING care of him. Surprisingly Helpful I stopped by the dealership to browse the new line-up of cars. I was expecting to get the usual pushy salesman tactics like I've seen at most other dealerships, but I was really surprised with how inviting and helpful the sales staff was. I sat down and priced things out without the high pressure hassle and was able to get them to cut me a really great deal. I came by just wanting to look, but with such a great price I couldn't let the opportunity pass. I'd recommend shopping here and will be back to trade in my wife's car soon. It's refreshing to be at a place where the sales staff cares about more than just forcing a sale.
